• approve building plan application submitted with sufficient documentation within three (3) months upon approval by other related authorities.
  
• issue 'Occupation Permit' within two (2) weeks from the date of inspection on condition that all terms and conditions are complied with.
  
• provide 'Refuse Collection Service' as follows:-
  
  • Urban Areas - Daily collection
  • Suburb - Three (3) times a week.
  • Identified Rural Areas - Twice (2) a week.
    
• process decisions on licence application within two (2) weeks after the Council's Meeting and 90% of application for renewal of licences to be process within the same day.
  
• despatch 'Rates Demand Notice' on time.
